• CANDLE CARE Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive soot, smoking, and uneven flames. Use a wick trimmer or scissors for precision. Burn candles for 1–4 hours at a time. Burning for too long can cause overheating, creating deep wax pool and wick movement. Remove debris, such as wick trimmings or matches, from the wax pool to avoid fire hazards and uneven burning. Place candles on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
